Mode of delivery
Absolute Diva offers shipping via Singpost for all local and international orders. International orders are shipped via Singpost registered mail only. We strongly advise all shoppers to opt for Registered Postage as Absolute Diva will not be held liable for any lost parcel through normal postage.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been verified and approved (excluding backordered items).
Once the package has been dispatched to the postal carrier, the item becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We will not be responsible for postal transit times which varies with destination. Please allow up to 3 weeks of delivery time (for International orders) before enquiring about the status of your package.
All Registered packages require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.

International orders may be subjected to import duties, taxes or custom fees for which you are responsible. Also, some items occasionally experience customs delays. We have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Absolute Diva will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Items are posted out daily from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
For fastest dispatch of parcel on the following business day, please complete your order and payment before 6pm.
Missing / damaged items
Absolute Diva takes reasonable effort to pack all items securely before delivery.
We do not take the responsibility for any packages lost or damaged during mail transit.
As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address before submitting your order. If an order is returned to us, we will ship the item to you as soon as you have confirmed your correct address. As such, extra shipping fees are required.
